Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins (hamstring) is not expected to play in Week 10 against the Houston Texans, reports Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
Higgins is considered week-to-week after injuring his hamstring in practice on Wednesday. Ja'Marr Chase is dealing with a bruised back, so Joe Burrow will not have either of his top two weapons at full strength on Sunday. Tyler Boyd will take over as the Bengals' No. 2 receiver while Higgins is out, with Trenton Irwin and Andrei Iosivas running more snaps behind him.
The Texans are allowing the third-fewest FanDuel points per game to receivers, but their pass defense is only 25th in numberFire's opponent-adjusted NEP model. Higgins has a 17.4% target share this season while averaging a mediocre 1.37 yards per route run.
