Dallas Cowboys running back Rico Dowdle (ankle) was limited at practice on Tuesday for Week 13 against the Seattle Seahawks.
Dowdle has been limited in back-to-back practices ahead of Thursday's matchup. The Cowboys aren't on a short week after playing on Thanksgiving, so Dowdle should be fine for Week 13, but it's worth noting he was limited to just nine offensive snaps in that game. If Dowdle can overcome his ankle issue by Thursday night, he will be set up for an expanded workload in a plus matchup.
The Seahawks are allowing the fourth-most FanDuel points per game to opposing running backs this season and their run defense is 24th in numberFire's opponent-adjusted efficiency rankings. Our models currently project Dowdle for 7.3 touches and 32.4 yards from scrimmage.
