Los Angeles Rams receiver Tutu Atwell (concussion) has cleared the league's concussion protocols and is expected to play in Thursday's Week 16 game against the New Orleans Saints.
Atwell missed the Rams' Week 15 win over the Washington Commanders while progressing through the concussion protocols, but is now clear of the protocols and should be on track to play on Thursday night. His target share has fallen behind those of teammates Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua, but Atwell has proven himself to be a capable NFL receiver when he gets the chance.
Atwell has had a successful third season, catching 37 of his 63 targets for 476 yards and 3 touchdowns.
