Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Kenny Pickett (ankle) has been ruled out for Week 16 versus the Cincinnati Bengals on Saturday, per head coach Mike Tomlin.
Pickett returned to practice this week, but he will remain out for a third straight game. Mason Rudolph will make the start for the Steelers over Mitchell Trubisky.
Rudolph is the QB28 in numberFire's Week 16 rankings and our models project him for 12.4 FanDuel points, with 203.2 passing yards, 0.96 touchdowns, 0.9 interceptions, 2.5 carries, and 10.3 rushing yards. The Bengals are allowing the 10th-most FanDuel points per game to quarterbacks and their pass defense is 26th in our opponent-adjusted efficiency rankings.
