Cleveland Browns wide receiver Amari Cooper (heel/rest) will not practice on Tuesday.
Cooper's missed practice looks like it could be a rest opportunity after the Cleveland's lead wideout was inactive for two games with a heel injury. Expect Cooper to suit up in a favorable spot versus a Houston Texans' team he roasted for 46.0 FanDuel points as long as he practice at some point.
Cooper's current projection includes 4.8 receptions for 78.5 yards on 8.3 targets.
