Miami Dolphins running back Raheem Mostert (knee/ankle) is considered questionable for the Wild Card Round versus the Kansas City Chiefs on Saturday night, per head coach Mike McDaniel.
McDaniel said he’s “optimistic” that Mostert will be available after missing the final two games of the regular season. Mostert was able to practice each day this week and is on track to play. The Dolphins will likely split most of the running back work between Mostert and rookie De'Von Achane, with Jeff Wilson sprinkled in here and there.
numberFire's models project Mostert for 12.7 touches and 9.8 FanDuel points in the Wild Card Round. Achane is projected for 13.5 touches and 10.7 FanDuel points. The Chiefs allowed the ninth-fewest FanDuel points to running backs this season, but their run defense finished 26th in our opponent-adjusted efficiency rankings.
