San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel (head) is questionable to return to Saturday's Divisional playoff game against the Green Bay Packers.
After suffering a head injury in the first quarter, Samuel is considered questionable to return.
Expect Brandon Aiyuk and George Kittle to see more targets if Samuel remains sidelined.
