Denver Broncos wide receiver Jerry Jeudy has been traded to the Cleveland Browns, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.
The Broncos seem to be beginning a rebuild, which started when they announced their plan to release quarterback Russell Wilson and incur a sizable dead cap hit. Now, they're working to clear some financial breathing room by shipping off Jeudy to Cleveland. For the Browns, the Alabama product now serves as a capable No. 2 option behind Amari Cooper out wide.
In 16 games last season in Denver, Juedy had 54 catches on 87 targets for 758 yards and 2 touchdowns. He's failed to post a 1,000-yard season so far through four NFL seasons.
