Baltimore Ravens tight end Crockett Gillmore suffered a hamstring injury in Friday's training camp practice and will undergo an MRI.
Gillmore landed on I.R. late last season with a back injury, and hasn't been able to stay out of the medical ward since. He also required surgery on his shoulder this offseason. Gillmore is a solid two-way tight end who can catch and block, but the Ravens have a glut of talent at the position currently.
Our algorithms currently project Gillmore and veteran Benjamin Watson to split the offensive work, with Gillmore at a line of 40 receptions for 475 yards and 4.19 touchdowns. Watson comes in with 27 catches for 310 receiving yards and 2.16 touchdowns.
