Tennessee Titans rookie wide receiver Tajae Sharpe is almost certain to be a Week 1 starter, ESPN reporter Paul Kuharsky says.
Kuharsky comments "it would be a surprise" if Sharpe wasn't with the ones when Week 1 rolled around, given that he has repped with the first team since OTA's. Sharpe will open the year at one of the outside spots, but has a pedigree as a high-volume short area receiver. The Titans are a low-volume pass offense, but Sharpe is a dark horse to finish behind only tight end Delanie Walker in targets.
Our algorithms project Sharpe as the third receiver on his own team and the 84th fantasy option at the position. We peg him for 37 catches for 439 yards and 1.66 touchdowns.
