Buffalo Bills running back Mike Gillislee will continue to get the red-zone work, said offensive coordinator Anthony Lynn.
Gillislee has found the end zone six times in his last seven games, including a pair of goal-line plunges in Week 13 against the Oakland Raiders. This limits the upside of LeSean McCoy, but he remains a firm RB1, while Gillislee could be a viable flex option.
The Bills rank first in the NFL in terms of schedule-adjusted Rushing Net Expected Points per play. In Week 14 against the Pittsburgh Steelers, our models project McCoy to rush 17 times for 83 yards and 0.68 touchdowns, making him our sixth-rated running back for fantasy purposes. Gillislee is outside of the top-50.
