Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Charles Johnson is the "receiver Teddy Bridgewater trusts most" in the Vikings offense, according the Matt Vensel of the Minneapolis Star Tribune.
Johnson is currently slotted as the second starting wide receiver on the Vikings depth chart opposite Mike Wallace. Johnson recorded a game-high 40 receiving yards on four receptions with a touchdown in the Vikings preseason win over the Raiders on Saturday.
Johnson ranked 31st among wide receivers with at least 50 targets with a 0.73 Reception Net Expected Points per target last season. Our algorithms project Johnson to finish the season with 55 receptions, 785 yards, and 5 touchdowns, as the 40th-ranked fantasy wide receiver.
