Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott "could play for several months" if he wins his injunction with the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, reports NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
Elliott has been granted a temporary stay of his six-game suspension that allows him to play on Sunday versus the Kansas City Chiefs. Per Rapoport, if things go his way in court this week, Elliott may be able to finish out the entire 2017 season, but everything remains very much in the air.
Elliott is numberFire's top-rated running back in our Week 9 fantasy rankings, as we project him for 18.4 FanDuel points at a cost of $8,900 versus the Chiefs, with 95.1 rushing yards, 14.4 receiving yards, and 1.01 touchdowns on 20.27 touches (2.1 catches).
