Kansas City Chiefs cornerback Marcus Peters has been suspended by the team for Week 14's meeting with the Oakland Raiders.
Peters lost his cool in the fourth quarter of Peters threw a fit in Week 13's loss to the Jets, throwing the referee's flag into the stands and leaving the field for the Chiefs' locker room, and the team is electing to take disciplinary action here. Without their top corner, the Chiefs' defense represents a plus matchup for the Raiders' passing game this week.
The Chiefs rank only 22nd in numberFire's Adjusted Defensive Passing Net Expected Points (NEP) per play metric. Not yet accounting for the suspension, numberFire's models give the Chiefs a 63.7% win probability while projecting the Raiders to score 21.9 points in Week 14.
