In the event that running back Marshawn Lynch can't play in Week 4 for the Seattle Seahawks, Thomas Rawls would likely see a bump in his workload, according to Sheil Kapadia of ESPN.
This is in line with what we saw in Week 3, where Rawls rushed for 104 yards on 16 carries with Lynch out of the game. Fred Jackson had 2 carries for 13 yards to go with 2 receptions for 9 yards.
Rawls now has 18 carries this season, resulting in 1.83 Rushing Net Expected Points (NEP). If he were to see volume, Rawls would immediately have immense value in fantasy after the Seahawks led the league -- by a significant margin -- in Adjusted Rushing NEP per play. Both Lynch and quarterback Russell Wilson led their respective position groups in Rushing NEP that season. Monitor Lynch's health status and pounce on Rawls if it appears Lynch will be sidelined.
