Players to target: Zach Parise, Erik Haula, Jason Pominville, and Ryan Suter
A full-blown Minnesota Wild stack is a way to get contrarian with upside tonight in tournaments. Parise, Haula, and Pominville have posted 66.3 Corsi For per 60 minutes and will not have to face the top two lines for the Chicago Blackhawks, for the most part.
Pominville is on fire, posting 10 points in his last seven games, and he has joined Parise and Suter on the top power play for the Wild, giving this stack a lot of correlation if they can score against the Blackhawks 77.1% penalty kill.
The 'Hawks are thin after their top 6 forwards, with their third line posting a 45.7 Corsi For Percentage and 9.7 Scoring Chances Against per 60 minutes. With the Wild being at home, they should be able to exploit this matchup as much as possible, giving Parise and Pominville chances to put the puck in the net.
While Haula will not play on the power play, he provides some salary relief at only $4,600 on FanDuel, making the Wild third-line stack affordable.
