Players to target: Filip Forsberg, Ryan Johansen, and Viktor Arvidsson
The Nashville Predators' top line will make for a somewhat sneaky contrarian option in what could be considered a tough matchup against the Washington Capitals.
While the Capitals are a solid defensive team, their top line of Nicklas Backstrom, Alex Ovechkin, and T.J. Oshie is below-average defensively. They barely have a 50 Corsi For percentage and are allowing 58.1 Corsi Against and 9.2 Scoring Chances Against per 60 minutes.
A line as explosive as Johansen's should be one of the top-owned lines, but we should see very depressed ownership as the Predators are road underdogs and will most likely have to light the lamp against Braden Holtby. Give me the line that stays together on the top power play unit and is posting 71.7 Corsi For per 60 minutes, along with a 60.1 Corsi For percentage at below 10% ownership for GPPs.
