3 Daily Fantasy Hockey Stacks for 10/4/17
The Jets' top line has a great matchup at home on opening night. Who else should you look to stack in Wednesday's NHL DFS contests?

Calgary Flames

Players to target: Michael Frolik, Mikael Backlund, and Matthew Tkachuk

During the 2016-17 season, this was sneakily one of the best possession lines in the entire NHL. They posted 58.44 Corsi For per 60 minutes, 2.32 expected Goals For per 60 minutes overall, and their production didn't drop on the road.

Edmonton isn't great defensively and this game has a 5.5-goal over/under, so we should expect a couple goals on each side. The second line (who will not see much of the McDavid line) is the way to attack the Oilers. They should see a lot of the Ryan Nugent-Hopkins line, which will also include rookie Kailer Yamamoto and Milan Lucic. Nugent-Hopkins and Lucic struggled last year at suppressing shots, allowing over 50 Corsi Against per 60 minutes and hovered around a 50 Corsi For percentage.

The three Ms will be playing together all game as they man the second power play unit with Travis Hamonic (a solid add to the stack) and T.J. Brodie. They're cheap, have a lot of correlation, and won't see a lot of ownership on a four-game slate.
