Players to target: Rick Nash, Mika Zibanejad, and JT Miller
The New York Rangers have changed up their lines quite a bit, but putting these three together seems like a wise idea. Dating back to last year, they have posted a 57.2 Corsi For percentage and 2.6 expected Goals For per 60 minutes. A home date with the Arizona Coyotes could be exactly what this Rangers offense needs to get going.
The Coyotes allow the seventh-most High Danger Corsi Against per 60 minutes and the Christian Dvorak line owns a 45.4 Corsi For percentage, which is who they will likely matchup with. There is an advantage at even-strength and special teams, too, as the Coyotes have a brutal 72 percent penalty kill.
Each of the players listed will get top power play minutes, giving them multiple paths to big performances.
