Players to target: Richard Panik, Derek Stepan, and Brendan Perlini
Despite the massive 6.5-goal total, the Arizona Coyotes' top line still may go overlooked in tournaments. Since Panik came over from the Chicago Blackhawks, this line has a 56.3 Corsi For Percentage and 66.3 Corsi For per 60 minutes, which correlates very well on the power play as they are all on the second unit.
Like Minnesota's top line, they will be in the shutdown role, but the John Tavares line has given it up defensively, including 34.2 Scoring Chances Against per 60 minutes and 12.8 High-Danger Chances Against per 60 minutes. The New York Islanders have been terrible defensively as a whole in January, allowing the most High-Danger Chances Against and Scoring Chances Against per 60 minutes in that time. In tournaments, this is a high-upside stack that will likely be underowned.
