Players to target: Jaden Schwartz, Brayden Schenn, and Alex Steen
The St. Louis Blues top line will get a good matchup against the Boston Bruins, who have been allowing the fourth-most scoring chances per 60 without Patrice Bergeron. It's safe to say the Schenn line is the top one after four points in a comeback rally against the Chicago Blackhawks this past Sunday.
They should match up with one of the bottom six lines, which allows 48.8 Scoring Chances Against per 60 minutes and 18.8 High-Danger Chances Against per 60 minutes on the year. The Bruins have also been short-handed at a higher level this month (almost a full penalty a game more), so this trio should have multiple opportunities to create points on the power play as well.
Also, do watch for the St. Louis defensemen. Alex Pietrangelo and Vince Dunn had four points each against Chicago over the weekend.
