International friendlies finishing up a few days before the domestic league resumes can be a tricky situation for managers. Injuries and the extra playing time are always a concern.
Lucas Torreira ($6,500) got banged up while with his national team, but seems fit to travel with Arsenal. Christian Benteke ($6,500) and Marouane Felliani ($7,000) are among the Belgian players returning with injuries that could keep them out of their respective team's lineup this weekend. Felliani's club teammate Luke Shaw ($7,000) has already been ruled out with a head injury. Raheem Sterling ($11,500) withdrew from the England squad with a back injury. At the time of writing there was still a set of matches to be played, so the list of injured or fatigued players could expand.
Also, make sure to pay attention to when players get back to their teams. Those that play the later games in the week may have to travel back to England and that could come with complications.
