Salary: $5,000
Fabianski is tied with two other keepers as the third-highest priced player at his position, and he has averaged 12.18 FanDuel points this season. Fabianski has failed to reach his season-long average in three of his last four matches while conceding at least two goals in all four of those matches.
The Red Devils are an extremely large favorite over the Hammers, and the match has a 64.8% chance of totaling over 2.5 goals, per FanDuel’s sportsbook. United have a 94.1% chance of scoring at least one goal, and a 72.2% chance of scoring at least two goals, a feat they have accomplished in 11 of their 15 matches at Old Trafford this season.
Despite Manchester United forcing the most saves (4.25) per match, and most saves per home match (5.13), on the slate, the Hammers have allowed at least one goal in eight straight road matches, conceding at least two goals in five of those matches. Fabianski will undoubtedly have an opportunity for a huge performance, but the Red Devils will likely put multiple goals in the net, which will limit Fabianski’s upside in all formats.
With FanDuel's scoring system, DFS players need to attack keepers who are likely to produce a clean-sheet win or find a keeper who should see a large amount of save opportunities. If you are looking to spend up at keeper, David de Gea ($6,000) seems like the safest option, while Tom Heaton ($5,000) could be in for a big performance, too.
