Not even a matchup with the high-scoring Baltimore Orioles can keep Max Scherzer from being our top-ranked pitcher. You will have to pay up for him, though, as he's $900 more expensive than any other arm.

Scherzer catches a break here as the D.C. area series has shifted away from hitter-friendly Camden Yards over to Nationals Park, which ranks 25th in home run factor. That also takes away the designated hitter from Baltimore's lineup. In his home outings, Scherzer is limiting hitters to a .237 wOBA while recording a massive 35.5% strikeout rate.

Baltimore owns a .331 wOBA with a 21.8% strikeout rate -- a pair of numbers we normally wouldn't target. But the Orioles are quite a bit worse on the road, where their strikeout rate climbs to 23.1% and their wOBA drops to .317.
