4 Daily Fantasy Baseball Value Plays for 8/26/16
Owner of a .211 ISO on the season, Troy Tulowitzki has big upside against struggling rookie Pat Dean tonight.

Troy Tulowitzki, SS, Toronto Blue Jays

FanDuel Price: $3,000

On the other side of that matchup, the Toronto Blue Jays have the highest implied total of the day (a huge 6.06) as they take on Pat Dean and the Minnesota Twins.

The rookie Dean has a 5.48 ERA and 4.34 SIERA through 11 Major League games this season, and his Triple-A numbers don't inspire much confidence either, as he posted a 5.56 ERA with a 12.6% strikeout rate through 16 starts.

Righties have been crushing him at the Major League level so far, with a .388 wOBA and 4.53 xFIP, and it's hard not to love Troy Tulowitzki for only $3,000 in this matchup.

Tulo is slashing .249/.319/.460 with a pedestrian .332 wOBA on the season, but he also owns a very solid .211 ISO, and that wOBA jumps to .340 on a 36.2% hard-hit rate if we look at his splits against lefties. With a matchup this soft, Tulo has tremendous upside tonight, and he's a tough fade with such a low price-tag.
