FanDuel Price: $2,300
Why He Will Go Overlooked:
The St. Louis Cardinals' left-handed bats should see a decent ownership percentage against Milwaukee Brewers' righty Matt Garza, who's been pretty mediocre in 2016 with a 4.87 SIERA and a 6.20 xFIP at home to lefties.
This should lead to lefty sluggers Matt Carpenter and Brandon Moss being highly owned, which could overshadow teammate Kolten Wong, who's been shuffled up and down between the majors and Triple-A Memphis in 2016.
Why You Should Use Him:
Garza really struggles against left-handed bats, allowing a .373 wOBA and 41.7% hard-hit rate to lefties. At home versus lefties, the hard-hit rate jumps to a mind-boggling 57.9%.
Wong, meanwhile, has started back-to-back nights for the Cardinals, slugging a home run Monday evening at Miller Park and reaching base twice on Tuesday. Given his near minimum price and potential upside against Garza, Wong makes for a sneaky play.
