2. Roger Clemens, Toronto Blue Jays (1997)

Clemens' second year in Toronto was great, but his first was that much better. In 34 starts, he won 21 games and played to a WAR of 10.7. He did so with a FIP of 2.25 and 292 strikeouts in 264 innings.

Clemens added another All-Star appearance and yet another Cy Young to his mantle at home.
