3. Randy Johnson, Arizona Diamondbacks (2001)

Of all his great seasons with Arizona, Johnson's best came in his third year with the team when he went 21-6 with 372 strikeouts in 34 starts and 249.2 innings. He finished with a 10.4 WAR, 2.13 FIP and 13.41 strikeouts per nine innings.

The Big Unit tallied his fourth Cy Young and third with the D'Backs, who he appropriately represented in the midsummer classic.
