Wedged between his years with the Boston Red Sox and New York Yankees, Roger Clemens pitched his best in two years with the Toronto Blue Jays. In the second of the two, Clemens won 20 games with a WAR of 8.2 and a FIP of 2.65.
With 10.39 strikeouts per nine, Clemens won his second straight Cy Young and played in his seventh career All-Star Game.
