5 Daily Fantasy Baseball Value Plays for 4/3/17
Miguel Sano has fared well versus lefties throughout his career, and he draws a matchup against Danny Duffy. Who else should you target for big-time fantasy value on opening day?

Logan Forsythe, 2B, Los Angeles Dodgers

FanDuel Price: $2,800

Logan Forsythe is coming off of a 2016 season that saw him slash .264/.333.444 with a .336 wOBA and career highs in both ISO (.180) and hard-hit rate (36.0%).

He has been hitting near the top of the Los Angeles Dodgers' lineup over their last few exhibition games, and while tonight's matchup is a righty-righty one, that's not too much of a concern here.

Forsythe actually had a higher wOBA (.337) against righties than southpaws last season, and while his hard-hit rate against righties was slightly lower, it was still a solid 35.0%. Jhoulys Chacin isn't the kind of matchup that's going to scare you off of any hitter as the San Diego Padres "ace" finished 2016 with a shaky 4.38 SIERA.
