It may be a righty-versus-righty matchup for Kris Bryant tonight against Jimmy Nelson, but that shouldn't scare you off of the Chicago Cubs' slugger.

Through two Major League seasons, Bryant's platoon splits aren't especially pronounced, and he mustered a 40.2% hard-hit rate and 44.4% fly-ball rate against right-handed pitchers in 2016.

Nelson posted a 4.92 SIERA last year (to go with a 4.39 over his first four seasons in the Majors), and while he does have slightly better numbers against right-handed hitters, he's not exactly a killer, having allowing a hefty .350 wOBA to righties in 2016.
