5 Daily Fantasy Baseball Value Plays for 5/1/17
Jorge Bonifacio has been making some excellent contact recently and he's in a great spot against the struggling Dylan Covey. Who else should you target for big-time daily fantasy baseball value on Monday?

Tommy Joseph, 1B, Philadelphia Phillies

FanDuel Price: $2,500

After posting a solid .342 wOBA and a .248 isolated slugging (ISO) as a rookie in 2016, Tommy Joseph has disappointed a bit to start this season. He's only tallied 72 plate appearances, though, and he has left plenty of room for optimism, ranking 28th in average exit velocity (minimum 10 batted balls) over the past 15 days.

He finds himself in a great spot with strong winds blowing out at Wrigley Field. That has the Philadelphia Phillies sporting the fourth-highest implied total (4.61) on the slate against Chicago Cubs lefty Brett Anderson, who has struggled to the tune of a 4.87 SIERA through four games after posting a 5.10 mark in 2016.
