FanDuel Price: $2,500
Why He Will Go Overlooked:
Buster Posey has been a man on fire lately. He sat out Thursday's tilt with the Cincinnati Reds, but has homered in three consecutive games en route to posting 20-plus FanDuel points in each. Taking on Scott Feldman, he's sure to be a hot ticket.
An overlooked option on the slate is sure to be second-year Chicago White Sox catcher Omar Narvaez -- he's posted only a .039 ISO over 62 plate appearances in 2017.
Why You Should Use Him:
Narvaez has a heck of a matchup on the Friday slate against Jhoulys Chacin. He's been pretty effective for the San Diego Padres so far at home, but brutal on the road, and Friday's contest is at Guaranteed Rate Park.
Of his 39 innings pitched in 2017, 20 have been at home and 19 have come on the road. He owns a tiny 0.45 ERA and .194 wOBA at Petco, but a 10.24 ERA and .420 wOBA away from Petco.
And regardless of venue, lefties have touched Chacin up this season to the tune of a .364 wOBA.
Narvaez has posted 9.0-plus FanDuel points in three of his last four starts, and he provides some upside at a very affordable price point, which will give you some salary relief to spend elsewhere.
