Robbie Ray is more of a tournament option -- he has some risk, but also has some pretty huge upside.

Ray is coming off the best season of his career in 2016, but he has seen his SIERA jump to 4.01 and his walk rate to 12.9% in 2017. While those numbers aren't encouraging, his strikeout rate has also climbed, going from 28.1% last season to 28.9% this year. His swinging-strike rate has also jumped from 11.6% to 12.9%.

The Milwaukee Brewers are a strong offensive team, which is part of what makes Ray risky, but their 25.1% strikeout rate against southpaws is the second highest in the majors. Combine that with the way Ray is fanning batters this year, and this matchup very interesting.

Vegas has this game as a pick 'em, and the Brewers' 4.24 implied total isn't exactly a low mark, but Ray's strikeout upside more than makes up for that.
