Dallas Keuchel has been dominant lately -- 175 players threw at least 250 pitches in the month of May, and from that group, Keuchel allowed opposing hitters the sixth-lowest average exit velocity, as well as the lowest average batted-ball distance.

He's turned in a 2.92 SIERA through 10 starts on the season, and has allowed only a 21.1% hard-hit rate, while posting career-highs in both soft-hit rate (29.4%) and ground-ball rate (67.6%). A Texas Rangers team that ranks 25th with a 75 wRC+ against southpaws isn't likely to be the team that figures him out.

Keuchel also isn't without strikeout upside tonight -- he's on pace for a career-high 23.9% strikeout rate with a 10.8% swinging strike rate on the season, and the Rangers' 25.4% strikeout rate against left-handers is tied for the third-highest mark in the majors.
