Monday's slate brings us a fairly obvious decision at pitcher for cash games, with Stephen Strasburg ($11,400) getting an Atlanta Braves team with the lowest implied team total (3.64). The Braves don't strikeout as much as some other teams, but Strasburg has been on a roll lately, going 40-plus FanDuel points in four straight starts, including 60 points against this same Atlanta team.
For tournaments, there are some high-risk, high-reward options in Yu Darvish ($10,000) and Jacob deGrom ($9,700), who have both been inconsistent. Darvish gets a rough matchup against the Houston Astros, while deGrom is coming off two straight dismal starts, and has to contend with some good hitting weather at home.
We get more options on the hitting side, as the walking Coors Field, Bronson Arroyo, takes the mound against the San Diego Padres, and some friendly winds may aid the Boston Red Sox against Jerad Eickhoff. Arroyo has given up at least one home run in every start but one this season, although it's worth noting the wind may be blowing in tonight at Petco Park.
Now for the main task at hand. Let's take a look at four guys to avoid in your lineups tonight.
