4 Daily Fantasy Baseball Players to Avoid on 6/13/17
David Price is hard to trust in DFS tonight, despite a nice matchup against the Phillies. Who else should you fade?

Scott Feldman, SP, Cincinnati Reds

FanDuel Price: $7,900

The San Diego Padres have a way of making even mediocre pitchers look like Cy Young candidates, what with their 81 wRC+ and 25.4% strikeout rate.

That puts Scott Feldman squarely in play on two-pitcher sites, but on FanDuel, his modest strikeout numbers could make it tough for him to compete with the day's other top options, despite getting the Padres bump.

Feldman's ho-hum 18.6% strikeout rate is the highest of his career, but he's garnering just an 8.1% swinging-strike rate. He has a 4.55 SIERA, and while he isn't Bronson Arroyo, the Padres showed last night that they're still fully capable of putting up some runs.

If you're paying down, there is arguably more upside from cheaper hurlers like Peacock and Farmer, pushing Feldman off to the side on a packed slate.
