FanDuel Price: $2,200
Why He Will Go Overlooked:
Eric Sogard is a man on a mission. Despite a still relatively affordable price of $3,400, he continues to mash as part of a strong Milwaukee Brewers offense with a .429 wOBA. He'll get a struggling Gerrit Cole at home and should be a chalky play.
Batting at the bottom of the Toronto Blue Jays' order, Ryan Goins and his .268 wOBA aren't likely to get a lot of attention.
Why You Should Use Him:
With Devon Travis out because of a knee injury, Goins is on the strong side of a platoon at the keystone, and there's a lot to be excited about tonight. He'll face Austin Bibens-Dirkx, who's got a 3.28 ERA over 24 2/3 innings pitched, but clearly has some warts upon looking at his peripherals.
En route to posting a 5.20 SIERA, Bibens-Dirkx has had a problem taking care of lefties. He's allowed 2.31 homers per nine innings against them, and his walk rate (8.7%) is higher than his strikeout rate (6.5%).
