5 Daily Fantasy Baseball Value Plays for 7/17/17
Jesus Aguilar has a 38.5% hard-hit rate against right-handed pitching this season, and he draws a plus matchup tonight against Chad Kuhl. Who else should you target for big-time fantasy value?

Kyle Schwarber, OF, Chicago Cubs

FanDuel Price: $2,700

Kyle Schwarber has not been producing well this year, with a lackluster .306 wOBA through 286 plate appearances, but there's still some room for optimism, especially when he takes on a right-handed pitcher.

Schwarber has managed a 33.9% hard-hit rate with a 48.1% fly-ball rate against righties this year, and that has translated into a not-terrible .319 wOBA despite his incredibly low .197 batting average on balls in play (BABIP). His BABIP is unlikely to stay that low, especially after he posted a .310 BABIP against righties as a rookie in 2015.

He's in a good spot for to bounce back today against Atlanta Braves' righty Julio Teheran, whose 5.13 SIERA is his worst since his first year in the majors in 2011. Teheran has allowed a .342 wOBA, 6.02 xFIP and 36.1% hard-hit rate to left-handed bats in 2017, so the upside is there for Schwarber.
