3 Under-the-Radar MLB FanDuel Plays for 6/7/18
At $4,700, Andrew Benintendi probably won't see big ownership in a lefty-lefty matchup, but he's been on fire and is hitting atop the order. Who else makes for a good contrarian play?

Nick Castellanos, OF, Detroit Tigers

FanDuel Price: $4,000

Perhaps Beeks mows down the Tigers, but on the flip side, we can also envision the opposite scenario happening. It can't hurt to take a chance on a contrarian Detroit stack in a hitter-friendly venue like Fenway Park, particularly given their success against southpaws this season.

Much like last year, Nick Castellanos continues to make a ton of hard contact, boasting a 49.0% hard-hit rate against left-handed pitching. And going back to the beginning of 2017, he's now put up a stellar .410 wOBA and .265 isolated power (ISO) in the split.

While others are trying to squeeze in guys on the Boston Red Sox or Houston Astros, you can opt for Castellanos instead, while using cheap bats like JaCoby Jones ($2,000) or John Hicks ($2,400) for some salary relief.
