3 Daily Fantasy Baseball Players to Avoid on 6/20/18
Nolan Arenado is at Coors, but he is overpriced facing the resurgent Seth Lugo tonight. Which other players should you be avoiding on Wednesday's slate?

Felix Hernandez, SP, Seattle Mariners

FanDuel Price: $6,700

With such a thin slate of pitching on tap for, you may try to punt the position with Felix Hernandez. The Yankees have a great offense, but they do strike out a bit, and King Felix cruised in his last start against a similarly strong offense in the Boston Red Sox.

However, one start isn't enough to sell me that he's turned his season around, especially when he was smashed for five earned runs over three innings in the start prior against the Tampa Bay Rays. There are serious signs of decline with Hernandez, most notably a swinging-strike rate that has dipped to 7.9%. This is getting scarily low, and it's especially not encouraging to see paired with a 37.7% hard-hit rate against.

Facing the New York Yankees on the road is another discouraging factor, as Yankee Stadium ranks as a top-5 park for offense. The Yankees are the second-best offense in baseball against right-handed pitching, according to wOBA, making Hernandez a clear stay-away here.
