Fantasy Baseball: 5 Pitchers to Stream in Week 17
Mets righty Zack Wheeler has shown promising recent form and offers appealing upside in a two-start week.

Jordan Zimmerman, Detroit Tigers

Start: July 24th at Kansas City Royals
ESPN ownership: 25.4%

The reclamation of one-time fantasy stalwart Jordan Zimmermann has been one of the low-key surprises of 2018. The righty has celebrated his 10th year in the majors by plugging his way to a sharp 3.71 ERA and an even-sharper 3.39 FIP across 62 frames for the Detroit Tigers, all while flashing a strong 23.6% strikeout rate and a stingy 4.3% walk rate, both of which mark four-year bests.

Even the most skeptical of standard leaguers have to like the look of Zimmerman's Week 17 assignment: the Royals were among the least-potent MLB lineups against righties in the first half, with a .129 group ISO against right handers that was the worst such mark in the American League.
