That's not a huge sample, but if we expand our view back to include 2017 (up to 254 plate appearances) that wOBA holds steady at .384, with a 37.7% hard-hit rate.
Tonight's matchup is a favorable one, as well, as he is taking on Cincinnati Reds righty Tyler Mahle. Mahle has struggled to the tune of a 4.46 SIERA on the year, and he's got a 4.64 SIERA over his first two seasons in the Majors.
