Dallas Keuchel ended his winning streak in his last start out, but the veteran lefty has been really good as of late. Facing the Toronto Blue Jays tonight, he could make life tough on slugger Justin Smoak.

The switch-hitting Smoak has struggled in 2018 against southpaws, recording only a .306 wOBA and .133 isolated power (ISO) in this split. While Keuchel has been historically tough on lefties, he's been really good against righties this season, too, limiting them to a 29.1% hard-hit rate and 26.2% fly-ball rate.

After a monster 2017 season, which saw Smoak rack up a .977 OPS as a righty, he's been far less adept this season and is one we want to avoid tonight.
