FanDuel Price: $5,600
Projected for the third-lowest point total among starting pitchers on the main slate, lefty Drew Pomeranz takes his talents to Los Angeles to face the Dodgers, and he could be in for a rough night.
Last season, the Dodgers bombed lefties for a 39.4% hard-hit rate (fifth-best) and 38.0% fly-ball rate. Their 22.6% strikeout rate also placed them in the middle of the pack, so strikeout upside doesn't seem obvious. LA lefty-killers Kiké Hernandez and Justin Turner will likely hold down prominent spots in the order tonight.
This year, L.A. has been on fire offensively, scoring 42 runs over their first four games. Pomeranz has his work cut out for him today in a tough matchup and should be an easy fade.
