5 Daily Fantasy Baseball Value Plays for 4/2/19
Randal Grichuk isn't consistent, but he offers huge upside against Andrew Cashner on Tuesday. Which other bargain bats should you target?

Max Kepler, OF, Minnesota Twins

Price: $2,500

Max Kepler has struggled through three games this year, but that's not nearly a long enough stretch to be worth being concerned about, especially when he draws a matchup with a righty.

Despite an egregiously low .219 BABIP against right-handers last year, he showed plenty of room for optimism, turning a 36.2% hard-hit rate and 48.2% fly-ball rate into a .187 ISO. In 2017, when his BABIP sat at a more sustainable .296, he tagged righties for a .360 wOBA and .212 ISO on a 36.0% hard-hit rate.

Kansas City Royals righty Brad Keller had a great first start this year, but he still boasts only a 4.45 SIERA overall as well as a 4.56 xFIP against left-handed bats over his young Major League career. With Kepler likely to be hitting leadoff, he's a superb value option today.
