3 Daily Fantasy Baseball Players to Avoid on 4/2/19
Nolan Arenado typically mashes left-handed pitching, but he could be in for a tough game on the road against Blake Snell. Who else should you consider fading?

Rhys Hoskins, 1B, Philadelphia Phillies

FanDuel Price: $4,400

Early on this season, Rhys Hoskins has been one of fantasy's best performers. Hoskins has blasted his way to at least 15.0 FanDuel points in each game.

Tonight could be a totally different animal as he faces Max Scherzer of the Washington Nationals. The Nats' ace has been a little prone to the long ball in the past, and Hoskins is capable of taking anyone deep. But Scherzer has been absolutely filthy against same-sided bats. Last year, Scherzer allowed only a .239 wOBA, 38.4% strikeout rate, and 31.9% hard-hit rate to right-handed hitters.

Despite his red-hot start to the year, Hoskins is a fade today as it's hard to feel good about any right-handed hitter versus Scherzer.
