5 Daily Fantasy Baseball Value Plays for 4/9/19
There are plenty of great high-priced plays on Tuesday's slate. Can we also find budget-friendly options in the day's top-projected offenses?

Garrett Hampson, 2B, Colorado Rockies

Price: $2,600

Speaking of that Coors Field game, it's worth finding some cheap exposure to it. The 10.5-run over/under gives the Colorado Rockies (5.48) and Atlanta Braves (5.02) the two highest implied totals on the slate.

Garrett Hampson has done essentially nothing from the dish so far this year, and his 75 career plate appearances in the majors have seen him notch an ugly .251 wOBA.

That's a tiny sample, though, and his minor league work in 2018 shows plenty of promise. He had a .387 wOBA in 172 Double-A plate appearances and a .371 wOBA in 332 Triple-A plate appearances. He also turned in fly-ball rates above 31.0% in both samples, which is the kind of contact you like to see in the thin air of Coors Field.

He's got the platoon advantage tonight against Braves southpaw Max Fried, making him a nice, cheap way to get exposure to the day's highest-projected offense.
