Another guy under-priced considering his platoon advantage, Daniel Palka's .315 wOBA over 485 career plate appearances is nothing to write home about. But 396 of those plate appearances have come against right-handed pitching, and in that split, we see his wOBA jump to a more respectable .331.
That's already reasonable production for a guy priced at the minimum, but his power (.260 ISO) in that split is what really pushes him over the edge as a strong value.
Jorge Lopez has pitched in just 23 games since making his big league debut in 2015, and his 4.79 SIERA is pretty bland -- especially with a SIERA of 4.84 or worse in each of the last three years.
He also hasn't given up a hard-hit rate lower than 43% since 2015, making this a great spot for Palka to show off that power.
