Price: $2,800
After seeing his price-tag climb into the $4,000's earlier this month, this is the first time all season we've had A.J. Pollock priced below $3,000 this season.
Through 20 games he's swatted 2 home runs while adding 10 runs scored and 14 RBI, but his .284 wOBA and .122 ISO has left him really reliant on runs and RBI to bolster his fantasy value.
With a deeper look at his numbers, there doesn't seem to be a lot to be concerned about with his early-season struggles from the dish. His 36.5% hard-hit rate is down from last year's 44.5%, but still on pace to be his second-highest since 2013. Per Baseball Savant, his average exit velocity is also on pace for a career-high, and he's another guy suffering from a low BABIP (.262 compared to a .310 career-average) over a small early-season sample.
The Los Angeles Dodgers are another team with a solid implied total (4.78 runs) tonight, so he's also still got the solid potential for runs and RBI that he's shown us early in the season as well.
